Brass Horse Weathervane Decor Garden Outdoor

Here is a brass horse weathervane.  I do not believe this is a vintage or old item.  It is marked Taiwan, but I don't believe it has ever been used.  It has two pieces (poles) that fit into one another, and the directionals are also separate pieces that slide on to the pole. I would consider this more of a decorational item than a functional one.  There is a mounting bracket on the bottom, but no screws included.  This appears to all be brass, everything on it is non magnetic. The poles I believe are hollow though and not solid.  Will plan to ship in a USPS large flat rate shipping box.
