Antique Outdoor Iron Cowboy Weathervane. The cowboy measures:
17 1/2” wide x 19 1/2” tall, not sure if it is a weathervane. The cowboy
top is on a spring and moveable, look like the top of cowboy goes the
other way around, but there is no way to turn it around.
