antique lightning rods & antique lightning rod glass balls

Description

a set of two 69" lightning rods with brass starbursts with 11 points, and one 72" with a brass bayonet point [ three total ] all with very good mounting feet, and three 4 1/2" diameter glass balls [ two amber & one blue ]. The two amber glass balls each have a small chip of glass missing by the rod hole [ see pictures ].  I believe that the 2 starbursts tips were struck by lightning, because of the way some of the points were curled.  This sale is all three rods, tips & balls. Everything is original and in very good usable condition. I have 90' [ nine 10' sections ] of this twisted metal lightning rods that have screw together ends that have never been used, so they are very good and straight if anyone is interested, they should contact me [ 0 extra with free local pickup ].
