Nice project for restoration
Horse is 29 1/2” est.
Looks like most parts are here, one arm missing from jockey, most of the welds are broke, tarnishing , patina, bends, etc.
Maybe other parts missing, not sure, copper pipe for front leg mount missing, no directional
