    Description

    Up for bid is an antique original wind indicator with a figural horse wind catcher. It measures 23 1/2" long and is made of cast iron and tin. The horse is hollow bodied. It is attached to the arm with solder at the second and rear hoofs. There is a heavy wire inside to add rigidity. There are dents, and the arrow has a slight downward curve. The second hoof has become detached from stress and age. It would be a very simple job to re-solder the connection to re-stabilize it and return it to functionality.
